Looking ahead, the coming year will focus on strengthening industry collaboration, expanding opportunities for MSMEs, and building a more future ready ecosystem for our members. We aim to create stronger industry government connect platforms to ensure that policy awareness and implementation reach every business effectively.
Capacity building will remain at the core of our efforts, with more skill development programs, leadership workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions designed especially for young entrepreneurs and emerging business leaders. We also plan to increase exposure through trade fairs, business delegations, and networking platforms that open new markets and partnerships. At the same time, MASSIA will continue to prioritize digital transformation and innovation by encouraging businesses to adopt modern technologies and sustainable practices. Special focus will be given to supporting startups and women entrepreneurs through mentorship, guidance, and dedicated growth initiatives.
